Before the flight
All our flights depart from the San Fernando International Airport (Route 202 and Balcarce, B1646 San Fernando, Province of Buenos Aires). The meeting point is the same bar.

The flights are made as long as there is daylight, varying the schedule according to the time of year. Generally in summer it is from 9 am to 6 pm and in winter it is from 9 am to 5 pm.
It is recommended to be 15 minutes before the flight to be able to make the previous preparations before taking off.
Passengers must present themselves with a photographic document that proves their identity (DNI or Passport).
Yes, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
The capacity of the aircraft is 1 pilot and 3 passengers. Unless the need to occupy 100% of the available space in the helicopter is previously communicated, baptism flights or Helitours could be shared with other passengers who occupy the free seats.
Reservations and payments
By contacting us by any means (WhatsApp, telephone, Instagram, etc.), you coordinate the day you want to fly and that’s it!
Any day of the week, including weekends and holidays!
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 10% of the value of the flight must be paid at least 5 days before it. It can be by market payment or bank transfer.
The entire amount must be paid before departure.
Any cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before, after this period of time 10% of the total will be charged.
Any change in date or time can be made up to 24 hours before, after this time it will be subject to the availability of the company and if it cannot be done, 10% of the total cost will be charged.
The tolerance for any delay is 20 minutes. After that time, an economic penalty equivalent to no show (no show) will be charged.
In case of not showing up for the flight without prior notice, the entire amount will be charged.
In this case, we will reschedule it at no cost for a day or time that can be done without affecting its security.
We accept market payment, bank transfer or cash.
It can be paid in both pesos and dollars, the dollar value being cash and the value in pesos variable according to the exchange rate at the time of payment.
During the flight
Yes! The idea is that you take as many photos as you want to record the experience in the best possible way!
Yes, the pilot will comment on the different tourist spots that they will fly over!
No, for security reasons you cannot bring food or drinks.
After the flight
Yes! When the flight ends, following the pilot’s instructions, they will be able to take a photo next to the helicopter in which they flew.
Safety rules
- Upon arrival at the airport, the pilot will explain the basic safety measures of the helicopter.
- It is not allowed to enter with sharp or sharp objects.
- You should always follow the pilot's instructions at all times, as this ensures the safety of the passengers.
- Once in the platform area, follow the Pilot closely towards the Helicopter.
- The entire flight must be fastened with a seat belt.
- Bags should be stored under the seats, leaving none loose.
- Headsets will be provided for all passengers.
- The descent of the helicopter is done once the engine is switched off and the blades stop rotating.
- Once the activity is finished, photographs can be taken with the helicopter, always following the indications of the Pilot or ground personnel.
